Window and Door Installation and Replacement 

In addition to siding installation, we also professionally install both windows and exterior doors, soffit and fascia. Normally, if we have been booked to do your siding, and you wish to have windows replaced, we will work the cost for windows (and doors) into our overall price at a standard, minimum cost per window – as an incentive, or price break for you, our customer. Soffit and fascia replacement is also very common when retrofitting a home, and it is an essential component in completing a new build. We are expert installers of of both vinyl and aluminum soffit and fascia, and the construction of all wanted and necessary 'returns.' We also produce prefinished spruce drip edges and fascia boards in shop, if indeed a complete heritage look is more to your liking. 

Windows and doors must be pre-ordered, of course, prior to beginning a project. And depending on the time of year, and the company you choose to order your windows from, this can take a month or more. If you wish for us to do the ordering at the time of booking your project, this can be arranged without issue, providing enough lead time is given. A known, local partner, for standard sized vinyl window construction isKento - operating in CBS (Manuels, NL.). Normal turn around time for windows and door assembly is 3-4 weeks. We order and install whatever brand and type windows and doors our customers desire, however, (Jeld-Wen, Solarseal, ACan). The choice is absolutely yours. Prices will vary for the different products; so, too, will the turn around time upon ordering (availability).
